1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 tbs. Light or fat free mayonnaise
6 English muffins split

tuna mixture evenly onto muffin halves. Place on broiler
4 to 6 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
Serve warm. (Spray the completed muffin with Pam.It makes it melt better with light or fat free
cheese)** You could drain and use the canned tuna as well.
Two halves is a serving. The calories are going to vary depending on the cheese, tuna and mayo you
use.
